Event Manager (On site & online)
Salary: $40,000-$45,000
Location: Elkridge, MD
Type: Full time, experienced
Education: 4 yr. degree

Description:

  • Manage Web & audio events for multiple clients.
  • Consult with clients to develop successful Web seminars, distance learning programs and hybrid events.
  • Plan and support on-site "hybrid" events, virtual conferences and special projects for multiple clients. 
  • Coordinate all logistics, from event registration to post-event evaluations / media archives / follow-up.
  • Act as live-event moderator.
  • Train clients on various Web meeting technologies (CommPartners EventCenter, WebEx, CommPartners Event Partner, Live Meeting, Virtual Board Room, Virtual Trade Show, etc.).
  • Travel required (20%-30%).
