How It Works 

After we discuss the goal for your e-newsletters, our designers will create a custom template for each of your publications, with your  branding. You may choose to have any of our interactive elements incorporated into your templates, including event calendars, article ratings, reader feedback, rotating sponsor ads, classifieds, e-polls and subscription management.

For each e-newsletter, NewsManager generates an email version, with article headlines that link to a hosted online full version of your publication. This mini Web site can be a single, scrolling page or a multi-page format, depending on how you desire readers to view content.

No need to learn HTML!

Adding content using NewsManager’s WYSIWYG editing screen is virtually effortless. Once content for a newsletter issue is complete, you simply hit the Publish button and send using the broadcast email application of your choice. NewsManager is also fully integrated with MagnetMail email campaigning software, and fully compatible with most email programs.

Once published, each issue is archived. NewsManager hosts your directory of newsletters online and connects a keyword search engine to each issue.
